The Super Worker Award

At Affective Level 2, the child sets a goal for him/herself in terms of the amount of work units he or she is going to complete during the lab or classroom period. The goal is set by the child based upon his or her performance over the past six to eight weeks. The goal is normally between two to four work units per lab.

The Super Worker Award is given to a child at Affective Level 2 who achieves his/her goal for each lab in attendance during the week.
